1690 Earthquake

On the 6th April 1690 Earthquake caused serious damage throughout St. Kitts & Nevis.
In St. Kitts there were cracks in the ground as wide as 9 feet in some areas. The Jesuit college and other wooden structures collapsed. In Nevis the sea was disturbed, and a tsunami appears to have affected Charlestown.
