At one of the two University wide meetings held last year members agreed to co-ordinate the recruitment of core specialist needed to take the discipline forward. The criminology minor developed at Mona was adopted by St Augustine during the academic year under review, the Cave Hill campus is considering same. One new course was developed and this will make it possible to offer Criminology major. The St. Augustine Campus currently offers post graduate courses in Criminology, the team hopes to explore how we can make these University-wide, one possibility lies in utilising the SALISES model.
