Promote Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in Building in Jamaica.

The main objective of this Small Scale Funding Agreement (SSFA), was to facilitate the Execution of the Project Preparation Grant (PPG)

The main objective is the preparation of a document for a Full Size Project and project document to mainstream energy efficiency (EE) measures into building practices and policies in Jamaica and to disseminate the lessons across the Caribbean and beyond. This will require construction of a prototype zero net energy ‘smart’ building as a demonstration project, followed by dissemination and training programmes.
