LACC has received donations of books from several governments and agencies on a variety of themes and topics. These collections may be consulted in the Main Library of the Mona Campus of the University of the West Indies.

• Panama Canal Authority -- A collection of books on the Panama Canal
• Government of Spain -- Federico García Lorca Collection (a wide collection of pedagogical materials for Spanish language teaching)
• Government of Venezuela -- A collection of Venezuelan Literature
