Dr. the Hon. Dennis Lalor OJ

Dr. Lalor is a distinguished Honorary Grad of the UWI and is therefore considered an alumnus. He is the holder of the prestigious Order of Jamaica he is also a Chartered Insurer and is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Insurance Company of the West Indies (better known as ICWI) Group Limited and its subsidiaries and now Chairman of the Board of Directors.

He has built ICWI into a large financial service institution in the Caribbean with interests in Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, Saint Maarten, Turks and Caicos Islands, the British Virgin Islands and St Kitts. In 2019 he celebrated 50 years in business due to hiis talent and astute business acumen.
