This role is all about professional relationship management and delivering top-tier financial advice in an end-to-end industry, whose specialized approach aligns sales, products, risk policy, and market strategies to deliver solutions specific for individual needs.
What will you do?
- Work with Relationship Managers to complete pre-contact planning for each meeting or call with a client and sharing agenda with all participants to achieve meeting/call objective
- Demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation through the review of financial statements identifying trends, monitoring risk, and assessing for credit restructuring
- Provide an exceptional client experience by delivering superior business and financial advice
- Leverage the expertise of RBC by identifying referral opportunities, making introductions together with appropriate referrals to RBC partners
- Collaborate and coordinate with the various teams to develop and execute a client contact strategy
- Champion digital enablement by becoming an advocate of the RBC mobile application and wallet, promoting regular usage through educating and guiding clients on how to use it
- Keep abreast of industry-related information and leverage First Research to opportunity spot and deliver value-add content for client.
- Develop, manage and action a personal development plan to ensure skills/knowledge/ accreditations are up-to-date and meet position requirements
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- First degree in finance or business related field or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in Banking.
- Good working knowledge of the Group’s structure, policies & products/services.
- Working knowledge of the targeted regional economies & industries.
