If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) seeks to identify a Senior Associate – Center of Expertise to join our Independence group that is part of the Risk Management organization.KPMG JESS operating from the Kingston office is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).Responsibilities:

  • Interface with functional leadership and stakeholders regarding the /execution of tasks and responsibilities and help to drive desired outcomes for the Independence Group
  • Provide support to service operations across the Independence organization to include operational activities
  • Assist in driving service quality, continuous improvement, service and policy standardization, process innovation, development of best practice solutions, and sustainable change management
  • Document data interfaces, data mappings, reporting,analyze and interpret data and conduct data sourcing activities
  • Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing; provide post-production support for both maintenance and enhancements to technology
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and significantly contribute to innovation through the implementation of enhancements that create high client value, process efficiencies, and/or enhanced quality

  • Assist in developing effective and achievable project plans, management of project tasks, and secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the project stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of work experience 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business from an accredited college/university or Equivalent Work Experience  
  • Strong business process improvement and project management skills; experience with data analysis tools like Power BI is a plus
  • ​​Ability to have a significant role within a project, process, or program 
  • Detail-oriented and thorough, with effective time management skills 
  • Solid verbal/written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
