  • Works actively towards the achievement of the BRANA and Heineken Objectives;
  • Works in accordance with BRANA and Heineken principles, attitudes and core values;
  • Maintain the workspace and tools in good conditions;
  • Complies with Safety, Security industrial Hygiene BRANA rules and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor

JOB SUMMARY Under the responsibility of the Zone Leader/Manager, the “Sales representatives” will be directly involved in the sales activities of his /her geographical territory, ensuring excellent level of Execution in all points of sales and ensuring management and development of the territory MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESTerritory Management: 

  1. Prepare routing plan and visit priority outlets in line with approved call frequency standards.
  2. Jointly prepare the visit plan of the salesmen in the territory.
  3. Effectively manage defined outlet standards per channel, NND, Pricing, Quality and Touch Points to ensure excellent outlet execution.
  4. Manage customers and quality complaint and escalate unresolved issues. 

Retail Management:

  1. Drive NND of BRANA brands/SKUS with emphasis on must stock SKUS in focused channels.
  2. Drive the price compliance strategy in focus channels.
  3. Ensure highly visible chiller positioning in outlets and deploy required functional POSMs to drive perfect serve. 
  4. Ensure Maximum use of all cooling space to guarantee cold availability for BRANA Brands. 
  5. Negotiate and deploy visibility materials in line with BRANA Touch point strategy 
  6. Proactively build barriers against known and anticipated competition and their activities.
  7. Promote BRANA brands and ensure positive delta in execution impact. 
  8. Ensure regular update of customer master data in our CRM 

Multi Depot Management

  1. Manage MULTIDEPOTSSs within 50KM radius.
  2. Effectively manage defined MULTIDEPOTSSs outlet standards
  3. Maintain and regularly update MULTIDEPOTSS master data in our database.
  4. Effectively manage MULTIDEPOTSS / Depot Partner (exclusive) interface. 
  5. Support Multi depot depletion effort through active redistribution of BRANA brands. 
  6. Actively drive Multi Depots to participate in BRAND Loyalty program 
  7. Manage product and MULTIDEPOTS complaint. 
  8. Implementation/monitoring of BRANA promotions for Multi Depots.

 Third Party Management:

  1. Liaise with Chiller technicians promptly on faulty BRANA fridges. b.
  2. Ensure Lighted signage are fixed immediately 
  3. Liaise with Container Concept operators to ensure it is running according to designed policy.

Reports:

  1. Ensure correct data capture of all outlet information using the tablet. 
  2. Prepare weekly business report c. Submit weekly competition report

NB: These tasks are descriptive and nonrestrictive, other tasks and responsibilities will occur according to the needs of the company.                                               REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION  Education (Required)          

  • Validated license in Business Administration, Marketing and Related Sciences 
  • Minimum of 3 Year of experience in a similar position 

Abilities and Competencies  (Required)

  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Knowledge in Accounting 
  • Knowledge in Sales
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 
  • French  
  • English
