UWI alumnus, Gilroy Pultie now Chief Engineer of LUCELEC

The St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) has appointed Gilroy Pultie to the position of Chief Engineer.  

He holds a BSc. Degree in Electrical and Computer engineering from The UWI (with distinction).
