Alumni Ambassadors in London
Making us proud - UWI STAT Alumni Ambassadors who met up in London last week continue to show that UWI STAT is indeed a Leadership Incubator, attracting youth who have a passion for volunteerism and service and for leaving the world a better place. State Minister of Education (Jamaica) the Hon. Floyd Green, one of the founding members of the UWI STAT Corps in 2006 and Naketa West, Senior Director, Youth and Adolescent Policy Division in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information Jamaica, were in London for the Youth Ministerial task force. Andre Clarke is an Effectiveness and Learning Adviser, Bond UK and Kamille Adair Morgan is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, UWI Mona, but also does work in the UK. Tijiani Christian was there for the Commonwealth Youth Council elections and won, becoming the Chairman of the Commonwealth Youth Council. Kudos to him!
