"Mental Health in Jamaica - The Way Forward" is the theme of this year's Jamaica Psychiatric Association's Annual Conference organized by the Department of Community Health and Psychiatry (Section of Psychiatry), UWI, Mona. The Conference takes place on Sunday, August 14, 2011 starting at 8:30 am at the Mona Visitors' Lodge and Conference Centre, UWI, Mona. The main lecture which is entitled, "Personality Disorder and Conflict in Jamaica" is being delivered by Professor Emeritus Frederick Hickling, UWI, Mona.

The Conference fees are as follows: Early Registration: J$2000; On-site Registration is J$2500 for general participants and J$1500 for students.
