Speaker, Dr. Marshall Hall has served as Chairman of the University of the West Indies Council (Mona), Group Managing Director of the Jamaica Producers Group and Professor of the Dept. of Management Studies at UWI, Mona. Dr. Hall has received several national and private sector honours.
