HEAD, PRE-UNIVERSITY AND PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMMES ACADEMIC PROGRAMMING AND DELIVERY DIVISION

Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in one of the following disciplines:
Education, Business, Tourism. Other disciplines will be considered.
Candidates should have at least ten (10) years relevant experience
preferably in a tertiary institution. Candidates should display a
clear understanding of distance education pedagogy and, in particular,
Internet support for distance education.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- manage an Academic Department for the Open Campus that
provides programmes and courses to academic learners who are following
academic or professional developmental paths that will benefit the
region;
- work closely with other UWI Faculties and
external partners in the UWI 15 countries to ensure the academic needs
of each country;
- participate as an academic senior manager, administrator and leader within the Open Campus.
