Flexible Payment Options to Support Your Studies

At the International School for Development Justice (ISDJ), we understand that managing the cost of graduate education requires careful financial planning. To provide greater flexibility, eligible students may apply for an ISDJ Tuition Payment Plan, allowing tuition fees to be paid in scheduled instalments rather than in full at the start of the semester.

The Payment Plan is designed to provide short-term financial support to students who may need additional flexibility in meeting their tuition obligations while continuing their studies.

How the Payment Plan Works

  • Eligible students may apply for a Payment Plan during the registration period for each semester.
  • To participate, students are required to make a minimum deposit of 50% of their tuition fees at registration. Students may choose to pay more than the minimum deposit, which will reduce the remaining balance to be paid through the instalment plan.
  • The remaining tuition balance is then divided into scheduled instalments based on the student’s mode of study.
  • Full-Time (FT) Students Payments are scheduled at 30-day intervals following the close of the registration period.
  • Part-Time (PT) Students Payments are scheduled at 60-day intervals following the close of the registration period.
  • A non-refundable processing fee of 5% of the remaining tuition balance is due with the deposit.
  • Please note that administrative and compulsory registration fees are separate from the Payment Plan and must be paid as required during registration.

Who Can Apply?

  • Students may apply for a Payment Plan during the applicable registration period provided that they:
  • Are in good financial standing with the University; and have no outstanding or overdue fees on their student account.
  • Payment Plans are approved on a semester-by-semester basis and apply to tuition fees only.

Application Period

  • Payment Plan applications are open during the August and December intake periods
  • Payment schedules for each semester are due from the final day of the registration period

Students are encouraged to review the Payment Plan terms carefully before submitting an application. Approved students are responsible for making all installment payments by the required due dates and providing evidence of payment.

Failure to maintain the agreed payment schedule may result in the account being placed in default and could lead to financial holds or restrictions on registration, results, academic services, official records, and access to University systems.
