TAFISA Webinar: Mental Health in Sport for All

Online
Dear Members of the Global Sport for All Movement,

A well-run sport session is already doing mental health work. It creates routine, belonging, a sense of competence, and a relationship with a trusted adult or peer. But that only holds if we design for it. The same session can protect or harm, depending on how it is led.
As we celebrate World Mental Health Month, we invite you to our next webinar titled "Mind, Body, Movement: Mental Health in Sport for All", a 90-minute online webinar on how well-being objectives are written into programme design from the start; what coaches can reasonably be asked to do, how organisations build working relationships with mental health services instead of operating in isolation; and how participants' own voices are brought into design and evaluation in a way that changes decisions rather than decorating them.
Date: 4 November, 2026
Time: 12:00 (UTC+1/CET) / 5:00 am JA / 6:00 am EC

This webinar is for everyone: coaches and coach educators, grassroots and community sport organisations, national federations, Sport for All practitioners and programme designers, public health actors working at the intersection of physical activity and wellbeing, and everyone else.
