SECTION 1: REFUND POLICY
Please refer to the attached Refunds and Cancellation Policy for full details regarding cancellations
and eligible refunds. By completing this registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to its
terms.
SECTION 2: DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY NOTICE
Each of the parties shall at all times comply with relevant data protection laws and all other
applicable local laws and regulations. The parties shall at all times recognise the right to the
protection of personal data and shall not use personal data for any purpose other than that for which
it is collected. Personal data may only be shared in lawful circumstances and shall be protected
against unauthorised access.
SECTION 3: CONSENT AND DECLARATION
I confirm that the information provided above is accurate. I understand that registration is only
confirmed upon receipt of payment where applicable. I consent to the use of my data for conference
administration purposes and agree to abide by the conference code of conduct.
SECTION 4: PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE NOTICE
By registering for and attending the 4th Caribbean Conference on Crime and Criminal Justice,
attendees grant permission to the Conference organisers to use their likeness, image, and voice
in photography and video captured during the conference while engaged in conference
activities. This may include, but is not limited to, use in conference reports, promotional
materials, social media, websites, and future publicity for the Caribbean Conference on Crime
and Criminal Justice.
Attendees acknowledge that no payment or compensation will be made for the use of their
likeness, image, or voice in connection with the above.
