Help our Caribbean brothers and sisters through Alumni Online. UWI Pelicans, many of our sister Caribbean countries were devastated by hurricanes Irma and Maria in September 2017. The alumni are involved in supporting them and in rebuilding the UWI Open Campus sites that will ensure that excellent tertiary education remains available. To assist please donate.

WELOME TO THE UWIAA CALIFORNIA ( SF, USA)

UWI alumni from all 4 UWI campuses who are now in California, especially the San Francisco Bay area and environs, are invited to connect with Rachel.

The Alumni Ambassadors of the UWI STAT Corps 

The Alumni Ambassadors of the UWI STAT  Corps are now the power behind the Young Alumni Advocates (YAA) and remain  - Committed to Caribbean Self- Reliance and Sustainablity" 

Established: Feb 12, 2020

Objective: The YAA - i.e. alumni under 48 years of age, will operate regionally and internationally as an active resource network for each other, will visibly promote alumni engagement and interact with their respective campuses.

THE VICE CHANCELLOR'S ALUMNI AMBASSADORS 

The Alumni Ambassadors are an elite cadre of professionals, who after being inducted in the Vice Chancellor's UWI STAT Ambassadorial Corps, continue to have a permanent link to the UWI after graduation and act as Alumni Ambassadors.

They continue to represent the Vice Chancellor, the University and their campuses and to promote service, volunteerism, Caribbean unity for prosperity and encourage “Pelican Pride” in UWI graduates the world over.
