Welcome to the most comprehensive fertility centre in the English-speaking Caribbean. The Hugh Wynter Fertility Management Unit (HWFMU), a centre of the University of the West Indies, Kingston, Jamaica, offers world-class infertility treatment with cutting edge procedures and equipment. The unit also has two state-of-the-art ORI operating rooms, for the investigation and treatment of the infertile couples. Procedures performed include laparoscopy and hysteroscopy to treat conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, ovarian cyst, hydrosalpinx, intrauterine adhesions, polyps and submucosal fibroids. The HWFMU infertility treatment team consists of expert doctors, nurses, counsellors, reproductive psychologist, ultrasonographers, and embryologists.
