The island experienced tropical force winds for 5 hours, there was heavy rainfall with 6 inches recorded in the Valley Area, The Eastern Section of the island received the strongest impact, some trees were uprooted, and a few electricity cable and telephone lines were affected, no flooding or damage to houses, Officials reported minimal or no damage in some areas
